Body Conditioning: Lady Tech Class

For Whom: This class focuses on improving body awareness and control. It is ideal for those looking to refine their alignment, flexibility, and muscle engagement. It also serves as preparation for a stage workshop planned for Q4 2025 (stay tuned!).

Class Focus: This ongoing, slow-paced class emphasises building a strong foundation for body control. A brief overview of the class:

  • Stretching: Focused stretching exercises to improve flexibility, going beyond basic warm-ups to work deliberately on increasing range of motion. This is tailored to your individual body, respecting its limits while working toward your personal best.

  • Strength Building: Slow and controlled Pilates-inspired body conditioning exercises to develop strength. These are not high-intensity workouts but emphasise proper alignment and targeted muscle engagement.

  • Movement Articulation in Heels: The class also focuses on refining movements and articulations in heels, focusing on precision and fluidity.

Dress Code: Be prepared for floor exercises—wear pants, socks, and bring your tango heels!
